I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, right by the metro station that took me directly to the Mall of America. This was so convenient, and I didn't have to bother with driving. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice couch and a couple of chairs by the large TV. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, including providing breakfast for all occupants, despite the initial policy of only two free breakfasts per room.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
